2012 12 Days of CrossFit Workout
Posted by TracFIT on January 5, 2013
On behalf of our CrossFit 101 staff, I would like to wish each and every one of you and your families and merry Christmas. We are now three years into our journey of building this community and it has been a blessing every step of the way.
I thank you for not only choosing to live this lifestyle, but for living it with commitment, dedication, and focus.
Use the time off to spend it with your families and allow your bodies to get rest and recover. Heading into the new year, we’ll be ramping up our preparations for the 2013 CrossFit Games Open!
