Use the mind to direct the body. Train the body, to strengthen the mind. Express your spirit through forging both.
2) Tips:
Push Press – smooth straight dip with pressure through the heels, drive up just like you’re jumping that weight up, press straight overhead – not away from your face, that means get your face out of the way! Re-dipping means re-doing.
Double unders – watch this buddy!
Muscle ups – watch these ladies! Raise the hips up, not the feet. Rebound off the bottom.

a) Zanker Rd Run Time
b) Max unbroken double unders
c) Max unbroken muscle ups
Part 2
For time, complete:
